Film Use The motion pictures contained in this catalog are for use by commercial 35mm/16mm theatres, colleges, universities, museums, film societies and other non-theatrical exhibitors for free or paid public performances, free or paid closed institutional screenings, or for classroom screenings. Due to the wide range of circumstances under which these motion pictures may be exhibited and to avoid any misunderstandings regarding applicable rates, rental rates/royalties will be quoted at the time the motion pictures are booked.  Copyrighted Material All reproduction rights are reserved. We ask you to sign and return a Standard License Agreement before we ship films to you. Mailed to you when you place your booking(s), it covers the general terms under which we agree to license your screening(s), and covers your first and subsequent bookings. Specific licensing terms such as intended use, shipping/return information, fees, etc. are shown on each invoice. By signing the Agreement, you specifically agree neither to remove footage nor to duplicate prints by video or any other means whatsoever, and to keep prints secure from theft or duplication by others.  Film Gauges All motion pictures listed in this catalog are available in gauges for theatrical and non-theatrical use, as well as for television, cable, and other media.  Running Times All running times are approximate and slated at sound speed of 24 frames per second (24 fps). If you wish to project silent pictures at 18 fps (silent speed), remember to allow for a 33% increase in the listed running time.  Music Tracks Music tracks are being added to most silent pictures as a part of their preservation and restoration, but may not be ready at the time you place your booking. If you wish to use the sound versions, please be sure the sound version is ready before advertising it to your audience.
